Job Description:
Serve as connection between high-net-worth individual (HNWI), Noah and fund houses. On one hand, disclose updated progresses and explain professional terms to HNWIs regarding their investments to provide sufficient knowledge for their future decision-making; on the other hand, through analyzing personalized enquires from HNWIs, offer generalized solutions with joint support from fund houses to strengthen customer stickiness for Noah and fund houses.

Scope of Responsibilities:
• Responsible for maintaining and managing relationship managers’ expectations, including handling phone calls, product related enquiries and correspondence, and participating in client meetings and other projects
• Coordinate information from various product team/ GP/ Noah departments to provide accurate and timely information to clients, prospects and consultants
• Provide client and prospect support including preparation of questionnaires and other product disclosure related newsletters/ materials/ meetings, preparation to ad hoc requests received
• Assist with distribution of client communications
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of funds and strategies of assigned product class, e.g. private equity, real estate, credit and/ or equity (secondary market) related funds
• Involve in information technology (IT) projects in order to improve communication efficiency
• Work with product team or marketing team regarding prospective clients or investors
• Monitor the investment progress, liquidity, operations and performance of the funds and report to the management
• Monitor and work with operations for investor capital movements, including subscriptions, redemptions and transfers; reconcile, maintain, and update investor capital balances, cash flows, and collateral materials
• Cross department coordination amongst client services, compliance, quality control, or operation for fund related projects and/or maintenance

Skills & Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in investment management, investor relations, product development is a plus
• Interpersonal skills necessary to communicate effectively with a variety of individuals to both internal and external parties
• Excellent organization and communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Mandarin is a must
• Knowledge in private equity, real estate, credit and/ or secondary market funds is a plus
• Familiarity with capital call, dividend distribution is a plus
• Work independently, solves problems and can manage time under tight deadlines
• Proactive, self- motivated, detail-oriented, keen to learn, flexible, multi-task, team player; demonstrate a high level of professionalism
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
